A key requirement for our school is an understanding of our own events and in this regard Schools Plus have always recognised that the school's needs come first. There is never an issue to manage lettings around our exams, open evenings, etc.

A strong first year

In our first full year we grew revenue from £76,987 to £138,013, building bookings, customer relationships and the on-site operating routine that would underpin everything that followed.

A dip — for the right reason

A planned sports hall refurbishment and new floodlights on the Astro pitch took both facilities out of action for periods of the year. We protected as much of the calendar as possible and kept loyal customers warm.

Back on the growth curve

Revenue recovered to £153,005 as facilities came back online. Efficiencies in how we scheduled back-to-back bookings — and 95%+ renewal rates from existing customers — drove the result.

A breakthrough year

A 28% jump to £195,526. Non-pitch income alone grew by £34,821 as our sales team brought in tuition groups, sports clubs and a major worship-group booking that the school trusted us to handle to a very high standard.
