Our approach

What we expect from everyone on site.

When at our sites, children must be protected from harm and have a positive and enjoyable experience. As a customer, you must:

Do not put children at risk

Do not do anything that would put a child at risk, whether or not you are responsible for that child.

Keep children safe and happy

Make sure any children you are responsible for are safe and having a positive experience.

Provide age-appropriate supervision

For expert advice, ask the NSPCC.

Meet your legal obligations

If you bring children regularly to the site, it is your responsibility to know and comply fully with all your legal obligations. If in doubt, a good place to start is here.

Report any issues

Report anything to a member of our staff if there are any issues, no matter how minor.
