Our approach

Six principles that govern every booking, on every site.

Children come first

The welfare and interests of children are paramount in everything we do on a school site.

Statutory compliance

Our practice reflects Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and the latest UK statutory guidance.

Trained, vetted staff

Safer-recruitment checks, DBS, and ongoing safeguarding training for every Schools Plus colleague.

Supervised activity

Clear rules about supervision, off-site activity, and avoiding compromising situations.

Confidentiality & GDPR

Concerns are handled sensitively, recorded properly and shared only with those who need to know.

Clear escalation

A defined route for reporting and whistleblowing — internally and to LADO, Ofsted, NSPCC or police where needed.
