Schools Plus is a managed school lettings partner and a social enterprise. We open school facilities to local communities outside the school day, and we run everything that involves — so every booking made at one of our schools generates reliable income for education.

We manage the hire of school facilities outside the school day, on behalf of our partner schools.
Sports halls, 3G and grass football pitches, main halls, dance and drama studios, meeting rooms and classrooms — at more than 100 partner schools across the UK. Spaces are available on weekday evenings, at weekends and throughout the school holidays.
We handle marketing, bookings, on-site staffing, cleaning and safeguarding. Customers book through Enni, our sister booking platform, and a trained Schools Plus host opens up, staffs and locks up every booking — so nothing is asked of school staff.
Every booking puts money directly into the school whose facilities are used. That is our entire purpose.

An experienced Area Manager oversees the lettings at each partner school and manages the local team — a named point of contact for the school.
We recruit, train and manage the staff who host bookings. Their tasks are issued, tracked and time-stamped.
Cleaning is part of every staff member's role, supported by training, specialist equipment on site and AI checks on toilet cleaning.
Our people and processes manage safeguarding, emergencies, complaints and insurance claims, with a designated safeguarding lead.
Schools receive an agreed share of revenue each month, 14 days after month end, with no deductions or hidden costs.
We run lead generation, online bookings and renewals, supported by technology and a seven-day operation.
Alongside the income generated for schools, we track school satisfaction and the completion of operational tasks. These are our reported operational figures.
