How to use a Facility

You can easily book a facility…

At Northfleet Technology College, Schools Plus tries to make booking a facility as easy and painless as possible. Below, I have written the process you would go through to book a facility at NTC.

Initial Enquiry

Have you browsed our website and spotted the facility you would like to book. Or maybe you have used the facility as a part of a club and would like to use it yourself. Or maybe you need some more information.

Our friendly manager will strive to answer your enquiry within 24 hours.

Booking up

So you’re happy with the price, date and time. All we will need now is some contact details to create a booking agreement. Once this is signed your booking at your facility is secured.

Before the event

You will receive an invoice which would have been paid before your booking.

When you arrive, especially for your first time you should make yourself known to the member of staff on site who will show you where to go and explain the health and safety procedures.

If the facility has a booking before you the staff member will ensure they will finish on time. You don’t have to worry about a thing.

During the event

Our facilities offer you complete privacy so you can carry out your activity in peace. The staff member may check up on you from time to make sure you’re okay.

If you have any difficulty our trained staff members are easily recognisable in uniform and are more than happy to assist you

After the event

Providing you haven’t broken anything then that’s it, you don’t need to do anything else.
